General Terms of Use for BizSavvy

Welcome to Biz Savvy! These General Terms of Use (“T&Cs”) define the terms under which you may access and use the Biz Savvy website and marketplace (the “Marketplace”) available at Website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Preamble

bizsavvy.xyz provides a Marketplace that connects sellers (hereinafter “Sellers”) and buyers (hereinafter “Buyers”) to trade original artworks, limited series, art reproductions, and licenses for image rights (collectively, the “Products”).
Biz Savvy acts solely as an intermediary and does not resell the Products offered by Sellers. Most Products are shipped and delivered directly by Sellers, under their sole responsibility, unless otherwise stated.

2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

• By registering for an account or using the Site, Buyers agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
• Clicking “Register” or any similar consent mechanism shall have the same effect as a handwritten signature.
• Biz Savvy reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or displayed prominently on the Buyer’s account dashboard. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.

3. Access to the Marketplace

a. Eligibility

Access to the Site is available to:

• Individuals of legal age and with full legal capacity.
• Legal entities, represented by authorized individuals.

b. Account Creation

To purchase Products, Buyers must create a personal account, which enables:

• Management of personal information.
• Access to social features (e.g., messaging, sharing collections).
• Order placement and tracking.

c. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
• Keep login credentials confidential and notify Biz Savvy of unauthorized use.
• Refrain from harassment, illegal activities, and misuse of the platform.

Biz Savvy reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these T&Cs.

4. Description of Services

Biz Savvy facilitates transactions between Buyers and Sellers but does not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of the Products listed. Disputes regarding Products must be addressed directly to Sellers.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including artworks, descriptions, and user-generated content, is protected under copyright laws.
• Buyers may not reproduce, distribute, or alter Site content without explicit authorization.
• Use of any content for machine-learning purposes is strictly prohibited without prior consent from the relevant copyright holders.

6. Buyer Obligations and Restrictions

• Buyers must not post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.
• Unauthorized data collection or accessing another user’s account is prohibited.
• Buyers must ensure all use of Products complies with applicable licenses and intellectual property laws.

7. Liability

Biz Savvy’s liability is limited to its role as an intermediary. We are not responsible for:

• Seller-provided content, inaccuracies, or delivery issues.
• Buyer misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
• Events of force majeure or technical disruptions affecting the Site’s availability.

8. Personal Data

Biz Savvy processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Only essential data is shared with Sellers for order fulfillment.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For complaints, Buyers may contact customer support at Helpdesk. Disputes unresolved amicably may be submitted to online mediation or arbitration platforms, as detailed in the full T&Cs.
